Imperium Trust was established in 2011 to provide a wide range of professional services to both private individuals and corporate clients at a time where it was felt that traditional client service was lacking in the industry. Our dynamic team brings levels of energy and a passion for service excellence that continue to set us apart from our competitors.

Ours is a highly tailored and innovative approach to individual client needs. Drawing on the considerable and disparate expertise of our staff, whose experience spans the full spectrum of financial services, we have gained a reputation for being approachable and for developing close personable relationships with clients and intermediaries alike. Our independent ownership, having no affiliation to a banking organisation, a legal or accountancy practice or an investment institution, means that Imperium’s service is wholly impartial. 

Our client base includes both private individuals and corporate organisations and our work ranges considerably in terms of levels of complexity. Whilst we manage many complex multi-jurisdictional structures for private individuals, we are equally happy to administer single-property entities. Similarly, our corporate clients range from small owner-managed companies to multi-national organisations.

As the success of the Trust Company developed over the last decade we have been able to add additional jurisdictional offices and expand our service offering into Fund administration. In 2019 the UK Trust Company was established, September 2020 was the launch of our Fund administration business, also based in Guernsey. Most recently in May 2021 we completed the acquisition of an existing Jersey Trust business and completed the rebranding to Imperium Trust Jersey, giving us pan-Channel Island representation for the provision of Trustee and Corporate Service Provision.
