Portland is a strategic communications agency which specialises in providing reputation management, integrated communications, digital engagement, branding and public affairs advice to major corporations, international organisations, HNW individuals and governments. It specialises in delivering high-impact communications, from strategy through to delivery and measurement.

Founded in 2001, Portland's global teams support clients in more than 100 countries, across eight global hubs in Europe, the Middle East, the US, Asia and Africa. Portland is part of the Omnicom network.

Portland is led by industry leading experts Mark Flanagan and Vikki Dean.

Mark Flanagan

Mark Flanagan is Chief Executive of Portland, responsible for the agency's 250 staff around the world. He also advises a range of senior leaders on today's communications and reputational challenges. Previously, Mark was head of strategic communications at 10 Downing Street, working for the Labour and Coalition Governments.

Vikki Dean

Vikki Dean is Portland's newly appointed Deputy Chief Executive, having spent the past three years as Google's director of global policy. Previously Victoria was a diplomat in the British Diplomatic Service, where she served in Paris, Brussels and Washington DC, in roles including deputy director Europe and British High Commissioner to the Eastern Caribbean.
