Tom Amlot is no stranger to tackling matters across different disciplines and areas of the law – especially in cases with a cross-border aspect.

Amlot is the Treasurer of the Family Law Committee of the International Bar Association. 

Over a career of more than 25 years, Tom has acted for a wide range of clients, including household names from the worlds of media, entertainment, sport and the city. 

Amlot’s financial cases involve international and complex asset structures, including trusts and other offshore assets. He is frequently instructed on the drafting of high-value prenuptial agreements. 

His children cases may involve applications to relocate a child permanently out of the jurisdiction, or fact-finding hearings to determine serious welfare allegations made by one parent against the other, as well as a full range of other private law children cases.
