Asked how he organises his teams to provide a more welcoming buying experience, he says: ‘The simple answer: one database. And it’s the only way it can be.’
Knight Frank teams in major cities across the world have databases of important buyers and sellers that can be shared, and agents work hard not to step on each other’s toes. ‘That’s how you provide joined-up advice, not 15 people all going “pick me, pick me.”’
