Rory McMullen is a key member of Savills’ Cross Border investment team and Private Office, a point of contact for international UHNWs and their global real estate needs. ‘My main role is advising clients on investing outside of their domestic markets, with a particular focus on residential investment,’ he says.

McMullen’s career took off while at a Mayfair boutique real estate investment and development firm, where he oversaw sales and marketing of its PCL portfolio.

He joined Savills’ London Residential team in 2013, before bringing a residential focus into the Cross Border team, to expand on their global offering. The team is not a specialist in one particular market – rather, it is cross-sector and global.
