Neil Russell heads up Seddons’ family law department, where he draws on more than three decades’ worth of experience in the field. 

Hailed as one of the pioneers of divorce funding as a concept, Russell frequently acts for high-profile figures including FTSE-listed company directors and celebrities, as well as a recent former UK prime minister. He has also recently acted on behalf of a husband divorcing the daughter of an international billionaire. 

Russell also supports international UHNWs with complex cohabitation issues, pre-nuptial agreements and child custody cases. He previously acted for a mother in a 'heavily contested' Children Act case which lasted for several years.
