Luigi Bellini, partner at investment house Arbion, heads up the firm’s private capital and family board services divisions.

He cut his teeth in UBS’s private banking operations in Italy, Switzerland and Monaco, more than doubling his book over five years. He then moved to investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston, where his team were responsible for Australian and Asian equities. 

Bellini also served as managing director at Bear Stearns. He told Spear’s that he’d successfully ‘built and a business and division at the firm’ but left when it went under to join ACPI Limited as a partner. Here he was responsible for ‘building and growing a very successful business, offering services ranging from asset management to principal investments’.
