During a 15-year career at Schillings, David’s practice encompassed high-profile privacy and reputation protection cases with complex financial and children disputes on divorce. In 2019 he left Schillings with Davina Katz to become a founding partner of Katz Partners, a leading boutique family law firm specialising in complex international financial disputes on divorce and related disputes concerning children. Katz Partners has developed a thriving practice, acting in many leading recent cases involving significant assets and complex issues for internationally mobile clients, many of whom have a high public profile.

Greer has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of private family law issues, especially complex financial disputes involving difficult valuation issues, trust structures, inherited wealth and prenuptial agreements, including foreign agreements. Greer is frequently instructed by trustees, family offices and companies on family-law related matters.

Greer has represented clients in the most complex, international children cases, including wardship and international relocation cases. He has also successfully acted for clients in a number of cases of involving parental alienation of children deploying psychological and psychiatric evidence to help restore the relationship with the alienated parent.
