Stewarts partner Carly Kinch says she approaches her complex family law cases, many of which involve high-value assets, with a detail-oriented, ‘no stone unturned’ attitude and a ‘results-focused’ mindset.

She has a diverse HNW client base, and has advised ‘a well-known telecoms pioneer’, a family with assets valued at over $3 billion, and the wife of a billionaire diamond merchant. A significant proportion of her clientele hail from Monaco and the US.

Kinch joined Stewarts in 2006, and shot up from paralegal to partner within the space of 12 years. More recently she has acted as ‘second chair’ to Stephen Foster, partner and head of the divorce and family department at Stewarts, in ‘numerous high-level matters’.
