BOARDING FEES: $137,250

PUPILS: 420

One of the world's most expensive schools, Le Rosey's impressive alumni include royalty, children of famous dynasties and film and pop stars. The school has fittingly been given the moniker 'school of kings'.

Le Rosey claims to be the only school in the world with two campuses and both are fit for a king. One campus, on the shores of Lake Geneva, boasts two swimming pools, a school yacht, shooting range, equestrian centre, tennis courts and concert hall. The school's winter campus in Gstaad allows students to indulge in light skiing between classes.

Students at Le Rosey are part of one of the world's most elite circles and upon graduating, they receive access to an online portal containing the contact details of every former pupil. Given the school's alumni, it's an enviable little black book.

Le Rosey strives to deliver on a promise to recognise and develop the talents of all its pupils. It’s a truly cosmopolitan environment – with a long waiting list.
