Duncan Bailey is head of Brabners’ private client team in Liverpool, which serves the large cities of the northwest. With a background in contentious and non-contentious trust work, he is well-versed in all aspects of estate planning that involve complex assets and high valuations, including will writing, powers of attorney, trust creation and, of course, probate administration.

Bailey is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds a STEP advanced certificate in trust disputes. He is a former chair of STEP Liverpool and the Liverpool Law Society’s Non-Contentious Business Committee.
