Hannes Arnold has been building one of the most experienced, responsive and innovative banking and finance teams in Liechtenstein legal practice. That banking and finance team are ISDA Counsel for Liechtenstein and has published the first official ISDA Netting and Collateral Industry Opinions for Liechtenstein, which were well received by ISDA and market participants alike. 

He advised in various high-stake matters, including major M&A transactions and restructuring projects relating. He is advising in the successful launch of several private label fund structures and in various complex licensing procedures in the field of investment services and banking. His wide experience in regulatory matters sets him apart from peers in the legal market. He is a senior partner with vast experience in corporate law and M&A. 

He regularly advises HNWIs, international banks, investment firms, institutional investors and advisors in all matters related to corporate law, including reorganisation and restructuring. He is leading numerous complex disputes involving quite substantial amounts, primarily related to corporate structures. He is handling complex litigation as well as arbitration cases, often including parties in several jurisdictions. As co-head of the private wealth team, he advises HNWIs in a variety of estate planning, asset structuring and litigation matters. 

His strong expertise in financial markets law lets him understand the issues of particular importance for complex international structures. Particularly notable is his experience in the use and structuring of regulated entities for single family offices and private wealth management purposes. He has handled difficult asset tracing endeavours and enforcement of international judgements with respect to Liechtenstein structures. Clients notice his ‘profound legal knowledge and very good solutions’.
