UK law firm, Birketts, says of partner Tom Quinn that 'his focus is always to try to conclude matters promptly and with the minimum of cost and acrimony.' Quinn joined the firm in early 2022 and advises on matters relating to the dissolution of a marriage or civil partnership. 

His experience in managing cases involving HNW and UHNW clients began in 2011 at Payne Hicks Beach where he served as an associate solicitor and worked in close contact with esteemed family lawyer, Fiona Shackleton. He then joined Vardags in 2019 as a director where he settled complex financial disputes, resolved issues relating to jurisdiction, and drafted pre & post nuptial agreements. 

In 2016, Quinn worked on a significant case where the division of a large sum of assets was brought into question following a divorce. The judge ruled in favour of Quinn's client and established that the wife was not strictly entitled to 50% of his wealth, particularly the share that had been accumulated prior to his marriage.
