Knight Frank partner Neir Gigi joined the firm in 2022 to head its St John’s Wood office, after a 15-year stint at Goldschmidt & Howland, where he helped HNWs find homes across Highgate and Hampstead.
For a discerning clientele, Gigi’s instinct is to remain proactive: ‘For me, it’s about giving an absolutely exemplary service, going the extra mile, making sure I can answer all the questions a prospective buyer could possibly ask.’
Leading the St John’s Wood office is something of a full-circle moment for Gigi, who worked in the area earlier in his two-decade long career. ‘I’m looking forward to going back home,’ he says. ‘It’s the home of cricket, with Lord’s being across the road from my office. It’s a really good patch to be working in.’
