A deft hand at advising in connection with the establishment of trusts and other wealth holding structures for both UK and international clients, Braithwaite’s international nous is strengthened further in his role as co-chair of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners’ Business Families Global Special Interest Group Steering Committee, which brings him in touch with a global network of family business advisers.

Braithwaite joined the firm in 2013 after stints at BDO and Stone King, where he covered a number of private client matters.
