Black Brick partner Caspar Harvard-Walls says he always endeavours to have a clear understanding of what his clients are trying to achieve. Once these objectives are crystal-clear, he goes about offering those clients intelligent advice on how to find the perfect solution.
Harvard-Walls’ central philosophy is that the best buying agents are able to give their clients knowledge and confidence, so that when the right property comes up – whether that be a home or an investment – they are able to make a committed decision to move forward and transact.
‘Once the search has started, we operate a team approach,’ he says. ‘As well as using our network of contacts to find the right property, we are always thinking creatively to try to uncover the ideal home or investment opportunity for our clients.’
Caspar joined Black Brick in 2011 and was promoted to Partner in 2013.
He is responsible for managing the team looking after the firm’s UHNW clients – both domestic and international – and has gained a reputation of going the extra mile for his clients. Caspar undertakes regular marketing trips abroad to Hong Kong and Singapore, and with over 16 years’ experience in the property market, he has acquired in excess of £500 million-worth of property across London and the Home Counties.
As well as working as an agent in Prime Central London for the last 16 years, Caspar has lived in London for over 30 years and so brings a real insight and depth of knowledge to his clients.
