Managing director Andrew Chatterton joined the firm in 1998 and has built a considerable niche in helping business owners looking to grow and exit their companies as well as professional sportspeople and celebrities. Andrew Chatterton is the founder and MD of Franklyn Financial Management. The reputation he has garnered over the years from an advice and client servicing perspective has allowed FFM to grow organically to what we see today. One such example can be seen in a now long-term client who ran a successful business but had no means of separating that success in securing their own personal financial future.

Chatterton is proud of his significant charity fundraising efforts spanning 15 years, through the famous Summer Swing and Winter Waltz annual events. He sees this as means of giving back to those less fortunate, raising over £1.2 million. The strong team he has put in place at FFM has enabled the firm to create a Community Partner Programme, helping many local schools and community clubs in East Cheshire as well as this year launching their first children’s book entitled Franklyn, No Ordinary Fox. At its core the book teaches children about saving for the future, sustainability and being kind to others.
