A personal trainer focusing on southwest London postcodes, Annabel Kukulski is a keen triathlete who has undertaken a number of challenging triathlons across Europe. She found her true calling when she realised that years of experience as an athlete enables her to truly understand how to help others achieve their fitness goals. This was when she founded her company in 2015 after quitting her job in fashion and advertising.

Kukulski’s approach is based on personalised strategies for her HNW clients, and she has specialist knowledge of postnatal exercise, toning, couple's sessions and lifestyle change support. ‘We are firm, honest and really care about our clients and their well-being,’ she says.
