Leslie Allen

With over 30 years of experience, Leslie Allen is a self-employed consultant who advises on issues involving tax litigation, investigations and complex disputes.

He previously served as a consultant barrister in the dispute resolution department at Mishcon de Reya. His professional experience also includes tenures at EY, DLA Piper, KPMG and HM Customs – the latter of which now allows him to assist clients ‘with the increased burden they face in dealing with aggressive tactics employed by the authorities, such as dawn raids and investigations’. 

Allen has also pursued litigation at all levels of court, including the Tax Tribunal, the Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
