Jonathan Riley is the head of Fladgate’s private wealth group, which advises wealthy individuals and families, as well as the trustees, family offices, companies and other structures that manage their affairs. While many of his clients are UK-domiciled, a large proportion of Riley’s practice is made up of non-domiciled clients who are linked to the UK via a temporary residence or investments. He has a particular specialism in advising business-owning families.

His advice includes tax optimisation and planning, wealth structuring and succession, family business governance, as well as contentious trust and estate matters.
