At the tender age of 33, Joshua Moger was made partner in the family law team at Payne Hicks Beach, where he worked on some of the most significant and high-profile divorce cases of recent years. 

Moger acts for HNW and UNHW individuals in cases which often involve an international element. He specialises is both contentious and non-contentious family law and is an expert when it comes to child arrangement orders, freezing injunctions, and pre and post nuptial agreements. 

In December 2023, he joined Fladgate as a partner and explained he was ‘looking forward to contributing to the continued success and growth of the firm, delivering exceptional service to our clients, and solidifying our position as leaders in family law, private wealth, and dispute resolution.’
