Helen Curtis-Goulding is a partner at Fladgate who heads up its residential property department, specialising in a range of complex real estate matters relating to prime and super-prime properties.

She advises a broad client-base which includes private banks and lending institutions, on transactions which are both onshore and offshore, as well as boutique developers on securing option agreements, site acquisitions, development and mezzanine funding. ‘The varied nature of asset class and differing types of investor makes acting on these transactions both challenging and rewarding in equal measures,’ she says.

Curtis-Goulding began her legal career as a paralegal at Clyde & Co, before training at Seddons. She joined Mishcon de Reya as a managing associate before joining Fladgate in 2018.
