Charles Richardson joined Kingsley Napley to lead the landed estates practice in 2022, having been a partner at Hunters for five years.
As one of the firm’s senior private client lawyers, he acts for individuals, families, trustees and executors on matters ranging from estate administration to lifetime and succession planning and probate. He is the lead partner for a number of significant landed estates, and frequently works on cases with international elements.
Richardson is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has completed the STEP advanced certificate in UK tax for international clients with distinction. His articles on inheritance tax with particular application for landed estates have been published in major legal journals.
