‘My practice is very much focused on creative problem-solving for clients, and trying to get them the best outcome for their families,’ said Lauren Evans, a talented family lawyer who was made partner at Kingsley Napley in 2022.
Evans specialises in high-value financial disputes, with assets often valued in the hundreds of millions; mediation; and children cases where international relocations are involved. She has historically acted for a significant number of women clients and campaigns for laws to protect cohabiting couples.
She came to Kingsley Napley as a trainee after reading law at Bristol University and completing her legal practice course at the College of Law in Guildford. Evans is a member of Resolution and appears frequently in the press, writing for, among others, the Times, the Law Society Gazette and Family Law Week.
