Christina Kelly is a partner in Kingsley Napley’s highly regarded Corporate, Commercial and Finance team, who joined the firm in 2021. Formerly a senior counsel at Taylor Wessing for more than 14 years, she specialises in real estate finance and has extensive experience in both investment and development transactions.
Kelly’s practice covers a wide spectrum of asset classes, which includes mixed use buildings, commercial developments and hotels. She is both a domestic and a cross-border operators and her clientele includes both lending clients such as banking entities and borrowing clients such as companies, developers, HNWs, family offices and REITs.
