Recent wins have included acting for a wife who had received a large family inheritance in order to defend against a claim from her husband. ‘Following a positive indication from the court in our client’s favour, the case is now settled,’ Frankle tells Spear’s. A member of the International Committee of Resolution, he has also contributed chapters to the leading textbook Marital Agreements and Private Autonomy in Comparative Perspective and Resolution’s Guide to International Family Law.
