Adam Paterson is a solicitor and legal director at Level, the litigation funding firm, specialising in matrimonial disputes.

Paterson is experienced in finding solutions to complex cases where the litigation funding often exceeds the million pound mark. He handles a wide variety of cases but tells Spear's: 'My particular focus is on complicated cases where HNW families are involved.'

The adviser trained at Hodge Jones & Allen, qualifying in 2014, after which he worked as a family lawyer within the private client practices of Mackrell Turner Garrett (now Mackrell.), Debenhams Ottaway and Russells, and moved into litigation funding at Schneiders. He joined Level in 2023.
