Farrer & Co’s Head of family office services Simon Rees has accumulated more than 40 years of experience advising private clients on tax and trust affairs, at a smorgasbord of leading private banking, legal and accountancy firms.
With a penchant for supporting HNWs settled in the Middle East, Rees offers strategic support on topics including succession planning and the establishment of family trusts. Given the all-encompassing nature of the support he provides, Rees advocates for a nurturing, collegiate and collaborative working environment with fellow advisers.
He joined Farrer in 2017 to focus on family office services after gaining his tax nous at PwC, Ansbacher and Kleinwort Hambros, while he was one of the founders of New Quadrant Partners.
