Her particular specialisms include cross-border tax and succession issues, with a focus on US/UK tax and estate planning.
She also advises on tax disclosures and investigations, with several years’ experience of working with the Liechtenstein Disclosure Facility. In this work, she seeks to strike a proactive approach, and remains sensitive to the reputational risks that HNWs can face when seeking to regularise their tax affairs.
