Howard Kennedy lawyer Olalla Garcia-Arreciado is a registered foreign lawyer with a Spanish qualification, giving her a unique niche in assisting both English-speaking clients with interests in Spain and Spanish-speaking clients with interests in the UK. ‘My main focus has been assisting both private clients and other top-tier law firms with cases of divorce and separation, choices of forum and jurisdictional disputes, financial relief proceedings, nuptial agreements, private children matters, injunctions, cohabitation, and enforcement of orders locally and abroad,’ she says.
