A senior associate within Howard Kennedy, Emma Green advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce and related financial remedy proceedings. Her work also increasingly covers the growing practice of marital agreements, including pre- and post-nuptials, for HNW and UHNW clients.

Notable cases include acting for an ex-wife in a jurisdiction battle over the former matrimonial home, successfully securing a mother’s choice of secondary school for twin daughters (and opposing the father’s application to child arrangements) and successfully challenging the validity of a pre-nuptial agreement in a High Court financial remedy proceeding.

Outside of her immediate practice, Green sits on Resolution’s Skills and Support Committee which exists to design training that develops members’ personal and professional skills.
