In addition to advising HNWIs on succession planning, trusts, tax, estate planning and other private client matters, Lee acts as counsel for major corporations headquartered in Hong Kong, China, the US, Canada, Japan and other jurisdictions. His work includes advising on all areas of doing business in Hong Kong (in particular company registration, corporate tax, intellectual property and employment/immigration law) and on cross-border transactions.
