Kiersten Lucas heads Stephenson Harwood's Middle East employment team from her office base in Dubai, where she advises UHNWs across the spectrum of issues, from restrictive covenants, whistleblowing and other sensitive and complex litigations.

Most of her clients are finance professionals working for PRA/FCA regulated banks, as well as HNWs. She has a particular specialism in advising on contentious, non-contentious and HR issues under the jurisdiction of UAE Federal laws, the laws of specific UAE freezones, and under English law.

The partner trained at Langley & Co (now known as Archon) before joining as a solicitor at Clifford Chance in 2000. She became an associate at Michael Simkins (now Simkins), and continued with the same role at Wragge & Co before joining Stephenson Harwood's London offices as a senior associate in 2013.
