James Charlton-Meyrick is a UBS executive director.

Charlton-Meyrick stepped in to lead the bank’s global family office division on an interim basis while waiting for new veteran hire Michel Frey to transition from Monaco to London when Sofia Sool left UBS for Deutsche Bank after only four months in the position.

He comes highly recommended by a well-respected industry commentator, who tells Spear’s that Charlton-Meyrick is the top performer for UHNW clients at the bank since James Whittaker, former UK head of wealth management at UBS, left his role in October 2020.
