Kevin Cowley is PwC's Isle of Man partner who specialises in property development and investment and offshore fund structuring. He is responsible for driving the firm's tax marketing strategy forward and oversees the delivery of tax services to clients.

He has more than 20 years' experience working for Big 4 firms, and prior to joining PwC in 2011, he spent more than a decade as a tax director at Deloitte. He has broad expertise across all area of offshore taxation involving both corporate and private client structures.

Cowley, who has a PhD in mathematics from University of Leeds, enjoys onboarding UHNWs and HNWs as well as businesses to the Isle of Man, 'and establish robust operating structures'.
