Hanover Communications was founded by Charles Lewington, John Major’s former press secretary, in 1998.

Managing director of corporate and political strategy, Michael Prescott joined Hanover in 2017 and offers political counsel to a range of global clients. This is especially appropriate given his former role as political editor at The Sunday Times where he worked for 10 years.

Prior to joining Hanover, Prescott served as director of corporate affairs at BT Group where he dealt with PR planning, internal communications, and media relations.
