Robert Johnson is partner and head of the professional negligence department at Healys.

Approaching each case with the assumption that it is unique, Johnson and his team aim to develop trust and transparency with their clients.

As well as professional negligence, Johnson takes on cases involving commercial litigation and shareholder disputes. He has won 95 per cent of his cases.

Many of his cases are international in nature. Recently he has acted on behalf of more than 100 individuals against a bank in Cyprus, shipping companies in the UK, the US and South Africa, offshore intermediaries in a breach of contract claim and clients alleging fraud against a property developer in London.
