Supporting a mix of wealthy families, entrepreneurs and private companies, Toby Tallon heads up Evelyn Partners’ private client tax offering in London, bringing more than two decades of experience to the role. 

The seasoned partner assists with family succession and estate planning advice, as well as residency issues for non-domiciled individuals. Tallon, who is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, can also support wealthy family companies with private equity restructuring projects.

After qualifying, he undertook a secondment within Christie’s heritage and tax department, which included working on the tax aspects of valuations and offers in lieu. Tallon joined Smith & Williamson – acquired by Tilney in 2019 and later rebranded to Evelyn Partners – in 2002, rising through the ranks to become a partner in 2014.
