Supporting a mix of wealthy families, entrepreneurs and private companies, Toby Tallon heads up Evelyn Partners' private client tax offering in London. With over two decades of experience in tax affairs, Tallon trained at the firm, previously known as Tilney Smith & Williamson, until June 2022, rising through the ranks to become a partner in 2014. 

The seasoned partner can also assist with family succession and estate planning advice, as well as residency issues for non-domiciled individuals. Tallon, who is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), can also support wealthy family companies with private equity restructuring projects.

After qualifying, he undertook a secondment within Christie's heritage and tax department, which included working on the tax aspects of valuations and offers in lieu.
