Simon specialises in advising individuals, family offices, trustees and trust companies in complex, high-value tax, trust, succession, governance, wealth protection and family business matters both domestically and internationally. He also advises in circumstances where disputes arise, often seeking to use his tax and private client expertise to resolve litigation involving HNW families and/or their structures.
