Michelmores’ immigration head Philip Barth advises a range of HNWs and family offices on complex immigration issues

Barth joined the firm in 2020 after building and heading up Irwin Mitchell's immigration practice since 2018. He previously founded Withers’ HNW immigration practice in 2013 after nine years at Penningtons Manches, where he sat on the Kirkhope Commission, established to investigate the workings of the UK asylum system and propose new immigration policy.

Barth continues to advise HNWs from around the world on relocating to the UK, attributing this to London’s continuing strength as a global destination, notwithstanding ‘Brexit fatigue’ and uncertainty about its resolution.
