Having joined Michelmores in 2020, Daniel Eames heads up the firm’s family team. With a client base of foreign nationals and expats, he regularly advises HNW clients on all issues of family law, handling cases throughout the EU, US, Australasia, Asia and the Middle East. His work frequently involves businesses, trusts and other foreign assets.

He is currently Resolution’s spokesperson on the impact of Brexit on international family law and has given evidence to parliament and the Ministry of Justice on this subject. He is a member of Lord Justice Moylan’s International Family Law Committee and was elected to Resolution’s National Committee for eight years.
