Neil Purslow completed an Oxford University MA in Jurisprudence in 1995 before becoming a dispute resolution solicitor at Withers.

He then moved onto roles at Marsh & MacLennan Companies (where he provided litigation counsel in-house) and US firm Reed Smith before co-founding Therium.

As a director and chief investment officer, Purslow puts his 20 years of experience towards making Therium a leading provider of litigation finance and arbitration funding. He is also a board member of the Association of Litigation Funders, the self-regulatory body for the litigation funding industry in England and Wales, of which Therium is a founding member.
