Armando Rosselli

Spear’s Review

Armando Rosselli was hired by Standard Chartered in 2018 as head of wealth advisory and UK resident non-domiciled clients.

He advocates the importance of careful planning and conflict minimisation within families when crafting sustainable legacies to pass down wealth.

Rosselli recently told the press that succession planning has become more important than ever before. ‘Over the past 20 or 30 years, there has certainly been wider recognition that good succession and wealth transfer can have a wider impact beyond just the family or the individual in question,’ he said. ‘This could be around business assets, it could be philanthropy, it could be the impact of wealth in the wider community.

His varied career has included spells at Credit Suisse and Coutts, where he oversaw the firm’s tax and wealth structuring work. Rosselli began his career in banking at UBS
