Michael Betley is the global head of private client at Ocorian, the international company providing administration and compliance services for individuals, family offices and trusts.

Betley is based in Guernsey and oversees offices all over the world, including the Caribbean, Hong Kong, Singapore (as a colleague of Betley’s puts it, ‘if you’re looking at private client, we’re huge in the crown dependencies.’) as well as Dubai, the US and several European countries.

While much of Betley’s work is supporting colleagues in their practices, he still has direct contact with many larger clients, giving advice as well as sitting on the boards of client companies. He was previously a partner at Wedlake Bell.
