Asked about her specialism in the litigation team at Greenberg Traurig, Elizabeth Fox says that she is a civil litigator with a specialism in civil fraud, adding that her clients are split between high and ultra-high net worth individuals and corporates, depending on the details of the case.

She adds that ‘I love to do the big ticket frauds for both claimants and defendants especially where there are search orders, freezing orders, delivery orders, or any of the injunctive reliefs that come alongside it.’ Her cases often involve hundreds of millions of pounds, and her clients, often responsible for large groups of dependents, are turning to her at a pivotal moment in their lives. ‘When they're in a tight spot, they rely on you,’ she said.
