Appointed as head of Burges Salmon’s growing private wealth team in 2023, Suzanna Harvey works with a globally dispersed group of private clients including UK non-residents and non-UK domiciles on issues around their tax compliance.

Also leading the personal immigration team, Harvey is particularly adept at offering pre-entry tax planning advice to entrepreneurs and families on how much income and capital gains tax to pay. Her specialisms also include estate planning and advising individuals, institutional clients and trust companies.

She can also assist on the creation of trusts and frequently speaks at seminars and conferences around taxation issues in the UK and elsewhere.
