Head of transaction services and private equity at Grant Thornton, Mo Merali has almost three decades of experience in the field advising clients on matters related to investments and divestments, refinancing, acquisitions and fundraising. 

Partner at the firm since 2001, Merali instructs corporate, private equity, and institutional clients and has expertise in a multitude of sectors including healthcare, technology and financial services. 

He is also the chairperson of the corporate finance faculty board within the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
