The old adage dictates that one should never mix business with pleasure. However, 12 Hay Hill set out to debunk this. The club offers a superb mix of working spaces including lounges, desks, quiet rooms, telephone booths, leasable offices and cafe style tables, and a place to meet clients closer to the west end for business people based outside London or in Canary Wharf or the City.

Menus are seasonal, delicious and reasonably priced. The roof terrace offers views across Mayfair whilst the basement bar was carved from an old bank vault. 

Memberships range from a full serviced office (starting at £9,000 per month) down to as little as £600 per year for individual memberships for occasional visitors. In our post-Covid world of flexible working, 12 Hay Hill’s membership list is only set to grow.
