Inspir Carnegie Hill is a luxurious development on the Upper East side of Manhattan. The 23-story tower was designed by Handel Architects and opened in March 2021 with the express purpose of providing elegant five-star amenities for senior HNW individuals. 

There are 215 private residences, which include studio, one and two-bedroom apartments. In addition to this, there is an impressive array of five-star amenities available, such as a fitness centre, pool, library, bar, lounge and multiple restaurants. 

Staff can help residents customise their individual requirements and there are various levels of healthcare available. This ranges from an assisted living service for those with minimal requirements, through to a highly specialised memory care programme for individuals with dementia.
