Paula Crowhurst, a Resolution member, is a divorce and separation coach at Polly Bloom with years of experience helping those who struggle to cope with the grief, pain, worry, fear and frustration that often stem from a relationship breakdown. ‘I enable clients to cope with a high conflict ex-partner, find resolution, boost confidence and self-esteem and move away from pain and towards pleasure,’ she says. 

The divorce coach also has experience mentoring children at primary level, particularly those with special educational needs and emotional issues. She believes in the power of what she calls ‘co-operative parenting’, where the well-being of a child is duly prioritised during a relationship breakdown. She has written a children’s book titled Keep On Swimming Freddie!
